Spread the word: Tell your friends, family, neighbours and coworkers about the cruel fur trade. Share our videos, website and resources on your blog, Facebook or Twitter. You can also wear our t-shirts or hooded sweatshirts. Write persistently to government officials, including your city council. Write letters to the editor about the cruel fur trade. Take every opportunity you can to speak out for the animals.

Hold a protest, invite the media: Shine a media spotlight on fur trade cruelty. Hold a demonstration outside a store that sells fur and invite your local paper, TV and radio station to cover the story. We can supply you with information and handouts.

Invite us to your school or event: Our staff and volunteers are available to do trapping demonstrations and lectures at your school, store or event. Contact us at 604-435-1850 for more details.

GET POLITICAL:

Ban lethal wildlife traps in your community:
Ask your city council if the leg-hold, Conibear and snare trap are legal in your municipality. If so, let us know and we can help you start a campaign to ban these dangerous and cruel traps.

Talk to your Member of Parliament (MP): Your voice can be heard in the House of Commons. Tell your Member of Parliament that you care about animals and want lethal wildlife trapping and cruel fur farming to stop. Also, ask your MP to support legislation to ban the import and sale of dog and cat fur in Canada. Click here to find your MP.

Talk to your Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA): Share your views about animal cruelty with the politican that represents you in the House of Commons. Ask what he/she is doing to protect animals in Canada. Find your MLA here.
